Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase and the quality of our service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request for  a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

REFUNDS PRIO TO SIGNING A CONTRACT

Refunds must be requested within 5 days of signing a Service Level Agreement, provided a service has not yet been rendered.

CONFIGURATION SERVICES

We provide a deliverable-based service that is backed by 100% guarantee.  We do not charge for additional time if the purchased service has not been delivered successfully 2 hours after the kickstart time. If for any reason you wish to cancel the service within one (1) hour after it has already began, we will issue a 30% refund to you at the regular price if it was on sale at the time of purchase.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

Annual Maintenance Contracts are not refundable once a Service Level Agreement has been signed. Please refer to our terms under REFUNDS PRIOR TO SIGNING A CONTRACT

 

REFUND PROCEDURE

Once we have received your request for refund, you will receive further email communication from us in 1-2 business days. After your request has been validated by our customer service team, we will issue a refund within 1 business day. Please give it about 3 - 5 business days for your refund to be credited back to the payment method that was used to make the purchase.
